As a teen, sometimes flying can be anxiety inducing and confusing at times, specially when dealing with a packed airport or you go to an unfamiliar airport, or even if it's your first time.

Hi! My name is Anthony Perez,
I am a travel agent and have asisted to make people's trips unforgetable for about 2 years now; I have traveled the world to gain knowledge on how to improve my services. This blog will have the 10 best hacks that I always personally use to ease my travels; hopefully these will help yours too!
Screenshot all your info.
It is vital to always have a backup of your information just in case, the app you have installed doesnt work, you don't have internet or your virtual wallet is having some technical difficulties.

Some of these articles of information include:
- Boarding pass
- Gate number
- A form of ID
- Passport
- Hotel address
Bring an empty water bottle.
Water in the airport is wickedly expensive, usually upwards of $6-8, now if you are willing to pay that amount, be my guest, I for one, am not.

Download all the media you need.
Imagine going on your flight with no music, shows, videos or any entertainment for that matter. Sounds boring and sounds like a long time. Always remember to download everything you need, anime, tv shows, music, games and anything in between.

NEVER use the airport wifi.
Unless you have protection; a vpn or anything similar. This is because airport wifi's are very unsafe, it's a public network, acessible to anyone who is willing to do the easy work for bad intentions. Any passwords entered, emails entered and websites visited while on the aiport wifi you have visited will be visible to these people. Care about your information, there are some bad people out there.

Bring snacks.
Same thing as the water hack, snacks in the aiport are priced extremely high, save your money to spend it on souveniers for your trip. However, do not bring any liquids, this will not pass security and they will throw it out. There are some exceptions, but it depends on the airport.

Bring a portable charger.
Because your going to be using your phone or table or computer more than you normaly would. the battery for these appliances will not last as long as it usually does, bringing one or two good portable chargers should be sufficient from what I have experienced. REMEMBER TO BRING THESE PORTABLE CHARGERS IN YOUR CARRY ON, YOU CANNOT PUT THEM IN YOUR CHECKED LUGGAGE.

Wear comfortable and easy to take off shoes.
Footwear like slip on shoes or crocs are a game changer for the airport, they are so convenient for when you pass security, and when you arrive at your destination, easy to unwind and relax.

Check the Aiport map beforehand.
Especially important when it is your first time flying and/or going to an unfamiliar airport, this can save you time, headaches and its good to have a plan of action once you get to the airport. You don't want to be lost and miss your flight.

Use Google Maps Offline.
A lot of people don't know that you can actually download an offline version of a map in Google Maps so that you can see the map, even if you have no internet. This one I have used recently and it saved my life, trust me, being in a foreign country with no internet or way to locate yourself is terrifying.

Make your luggage easily recognizable.
At the time of baggage collection after you have landed, it is going to be super crowded and there is going to be at least 10 luggages that look similar to yours. To avoid this, add stickers, buy bags that aren't white or black, add some tags or even buy a diferent shape bag. Whatever gives your luggage it's own personality that you can spot a mile away.

And thats it! 10 of the best airport hacks. If you made it this far, thank you so much, and I hope these hacks will help you for future trips.
