Emirates Saved the Day

During the Israel attacks last year, I had a family vacationing in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Suddenly, the situation escalated, and we had to act fast to get our clients safely out of the country.
They were holding Delta tickets, but their flights were canceled—and soon, most airlines followed suit. Emirates Airline, however, continued operating. I was able to secure seats for them on one of the last flights from Tel Aviv to Dubai, and onward from Dubai to New York.
The family arrived home safe and sound. They were incredibly grateful for our agency’s around-the-clock assistance during such a stressful and uncertain moment. From that experience, we gained not only loyal clients, but also their referrals.
My appreciation for Emirates goes beyond this situation. In my experience, they rarely delay flights and consistently deliver an excellent onboard product. In this case, they were also one of the last airlines to suspend operations in Israel—something that truly made a difference when it mattered most.
This is exactly why I always encourage travelers to stop booking business and leisure flights and hotels on their own just to “save” a little money. When you work with a travel agency:
